Overview
In 2023, the world convened in New York for the UN Water Conference, the first in 46 years to focus on global water issues. The WWF aimed to highlight how certain communities have invested in healthy watersheds and freshwater ecosystems to secure water resources, benefiting both people and nature. The team and I were tasked with fully producing a short film that showcased New York’s innovative choice to invest in nature over costly concrete treatment plants.
Responsibilities
I managed an expedited post-production schedule to deliver the short for its premiere at the UN, ensuring successful asset delivery for client. Collaborating with the team of editors, I navigated these tight deadlines to produce both rough and final cuts for review.
Outcome
The film premiered at the UN Water Conference, reaching an audience of over 8,000 attendees spanning governments, corporations, and local communities.
